Nitrogen Storage and Vaporization Skids

inquiry Form image

Designed for storage and vaporization of Liquid Nitrogen for Oil & Gas service applications.

Liquid Nitrogen is delivered from storage skid by pump transfer to the ambient air heat exchangers made of aluminium finned tubes construction which converted it to gaseous nitrogen near to ambient temperature by exchange of heat with ambient air.

Reciprocating pump supplies the LN2 from tank to the vaporizer at high pressure and the gaseous nitrogen from vaporizers is delivered to battery limit condition through a skid consisting of trim heater, interconnecting piping, valves, measuring instrument for temperature & pressure.

Trim heater heats the cold Nitrogen gas to desire operating temperature. Temperature sensors monitor N2 Gas temperature, and trip the trim heater to maintain the set point.
