Continuing its journey of supplying large LNG Fuel Gas Tanks for the marine industry, INOXCVA has added another feather in its cap with the recent supply of supply 2 Nos. of 6.5 m3 LNG Fuel Gas tanks. These tanks were installed on board a split hopper barge being built at SCHN shipyard in Netherlands. Port of Bremen, the owner of the vessel announced that this is a first of kind of green vessel to be operated for dredging within European seaport. INOXCVA , its client Cryonorm Systems BV as well as other project stake holders, Cofely GDF Suez (now ENGIE Services) , classification society GL, hope to see the barge operational in the coming month. On successful commercial operations, the port hopes to have 4 more such vessels in the near future which will greatly contribute to the use of greener fuels.
