Improvements in work processes and up-gradation of plant machinery equipment is a continuous process at INOXCA. Recently commissioned at INOXCVA  Mont Belvieu facility is ‘Plasma Welding machine’ for welding SS304 in various thicknesses. Its special feature to weld “Plasma with wire” for thin materials (2~3mm) is efficient and cost effective compared to traditional Plasma plus TIG welding process Specific tungsten grinder, smoothly grinds the surface for accurate ‘tip’ angle for the tungsten electrode. Faster, better and cost effective compared to conventional GMAW, GTAW and SAW processes, this process reduces weld repairs to <1%, ensuing high quality of welds.
